Vascular IssuesDo you have annoying broken vessels, blood spots, spider angiomas etc, well we can help remove them.
Capillaries and spider veins can be treated by an intense pulsed light (IPL) machine which targets the excess blood vessels causing their gradual destruction. The larger the vessel the more robust it is hence the more treatments it will require to remove or reduce it. If a vessel is too large then IPL is not a suitable option; this will be determined during your initial assessment. A wide range of vascular conditions can be treated with IPL like different red blood spots (for example spider angiomas), broken capillaries and rosacea. Most people need 4-6 treatments at fortnightly-monthly intervals though frequently some lesions will only require 2-4 treatments. Some larger vascular anomolies like cherry angiomas or large hemangiomas may need to be treated with the Lamprobe, which uses high radiofrequency to remove the lesions. Often lesions will only need 1-2 treatments. Learn more about IPL and Lamprobe . Download a brochure on IPL photorejuvenation (removal of vessels and pigment) |
